Shipping Information

We carefully prepare each order with the attention it deserves:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)

Please note we currently cannot ship to certain Asian regions and remote locations. Our style advisors will notify you if your address falls within these restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To maintain our high standards:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A Return Authorization Number is required

Important Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear unless items arrive damaged or defective. All Jewellery & Watches must be returned in their original protective packaging.

Return Process

  1. Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with:
    • Your order number
    • Item details (name, size/color)
    • Reason for return/exchange
  2. Our style advisors will provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Package items securely with the completed return form (included with your order)

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days):

  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days (international refunds may take longer)
  • Exchanges: New items ship within 1-2 business days of return receipt

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged. We strongly recommend using trackable shipping as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Damaged Items

Should your carefully selected piece arrive damaged or defective:

  2. Include photos of both item and packaging
  3. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement/refund

Final Sale Items

Certain vintage-inspired pieces marked as “Final Sale” on product pages cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon arrival.
