Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear unless items arrive damaged or defective. All jewelry and watches must be returned in their original protective packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin your return or exchange process:

  1. Contact our style advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  4. Package your return securely and include the completed return form (sent with your original order)
  5. Ship your return using a trackable method to our Virginia Beach address

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days after processing
  • Exchanges: We will ship your new item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return

Note: International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your carefully selected piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items

Occasionally, certain vintage-inspired pieces may be marked as final sale. These items are clearly indicated on the product page and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.
